Our Vision
Our Mision
About Us
The Minority Empowerment & Development Agency (MEDA) is more than a humanitarian actor—we are an engine for justice. Rooted in the lived realities of Somalia’s marginalized, displaced, and excluded communities, MEDA champions minority inclusion, dignity-centered protection, and community resilience in the face of persistent inequality and crisis.
We exist to amplify the voices of groups too often sidelined—minority ethnic clans, internally displaced persons (IDPs), persons with disabilities (PWDs), women-headed households, returnees, and stateless populations.
